Stunning Gate at entrance way to Vineyards, in Central Otago.

13th May 2019

This impressive Gate, manufactured by Otago Engineering, formerly A.J Grant, is positioned at the entranceway to 'Mondillo Vineyards' in Bendigo, Central Otago. This gate is produced in cor-ten steel, creating a stunning looking entranceway, fitting beautifully within its surroundings. Cor-ten steel also known as weathering steel is popularly used in gates and outdoor sculptures for its rustic antique appearance as if being exposed to the elements for several years.

The name of the Vineyard has been laser cut into the steel combined with 'positive cut' letters which have been incorporated into the gate. This gate is automated and slides open at the touch of a button, using top quality European Genius FAAC brand motors. The control systems for the motors are user-friendly and can be adapted to suit your security needs.

This beautifully designed, rustic steel gate, combined with the schist rock wall, is a pleasure to the eye, enhanced by the beautiful looking backdrop of Central Otago.

Our clients are thrilled with the gate and have had fabulous feedback!
